I have always loved to create things.
The first time I had a booth at a craft fair, I was eleven, selling my homemade pot-holders, aprons, and pillows and had a display of simple earrings for sale in my local grocery store by the age of twelve.
I have always loved to make things, paint things, and breathe new life into old things. But it was not until the last few years that I discovered my passion–designing jewelry.
I look all around me and can’t help but be inspired by the beauty in this world, and spring up out of bed from a dead sleep some nights, to shuffle to the studio while a dreamy idea is still fresh in my mind.
I am also a full-time student, happily learning and earning my way toward a degree in Psychology, with hopes of becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist–a goal that will allow me to pursue my other passion–helping people.
In the meantime, I create. Eyes and mind open to go where my heart and God lead me. I am excited for what the future holds, but am even more excited about right now.
With love, Heather
